When I think of champagne, I think of celebrating my daughter's birth and many happy times in the past 34years. Today's Wall Street Journal describes a tasting of sparkling wines. I look forward to tasting, with my daughter, their winner Thomas Fogarty Blanc de Blancs 2000 from California. Have any of you enjoyed a glass of this?
